These terms are an agreement between you and Sagelull ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using sagelull.com or player.sagelull.com (together, the "service"), you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Sagelull is a streaming service for families. We take historical recordings, restore them, and offer each song in several listening renderings. Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use by you and members of your household.
Sagelull is a music product. It is not therapy, not a medical device, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional, and we make no clinical claims about it. If you have concerns about your child's hearing, development, or sensory processing, talk to a qualified professional. Please read the listening notes before first use.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Accounts are for adults; do not create an account for a child. Keep your password safe, keep your email address current, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Please do not: record, download, redistribute, or publicly perform streams from the service; share your account beyond your household; scrape or bulk-download the catalog; interfere with or probe the service's infrastructure; or use the service in any unlawful way. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
The underlying historical recordings in our library come from public-domain sources. Our restorations, audio processing, software, site design, and the Sagelull name and brand are ours. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream from the service while your subscription is active; it does not transfer ownership of anything. The catalog and features may change over time as we improve the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms; if we terminate your access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will post the updated terms here with a new effective date and, where practical, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
